Black Rock City is a city like no other. It is built every year in Black Rock Desert in northern Nevada. It is built in the desert and at the end of the week, it disappears into the desert. It is the stage for Burning Man, an art festival that celebrates self-expression.

During the week long carnival, social norms are left behind and people express themselves through art, through any form of artistic representation they have developed.

While the desert dust covers and uncovers all objects, beings and nature covering and uncovering the people who are present, it brings up what is otherwise invisible to the eye.
